Short-listed candidates undergo a structured 45-minute interview using our standardised question framework covering child-rearing philosophy, crisis management, routine, and cohabitation. We verify all documents: ID, residence permit, certifications, and driving licence where required.

We work with exceptional professionals
We are selective about the candidates we represent — because our families are selective about who they invite into their home. We look for nannies and caregivers who are:

✓Experienced in childcare (minimum 2 years preferred)
✓In possession of valid documentation to work legally in Italy
✓Fluent in at least one language our families speak (English a strong plus)
